While the conditioner does help the hair to regain elasticity and moisture, the short answer is no. On the contrary, conditioner repairs dryness caused by perm lotions, prevents split-ends and maintains longer lasting curls. The protein structure/the shape of the hair is altered with heat through perming, which becomes fixed 24 hours after the heat treatment. This is also the only period where you should avoid conditioning or shampooing your hair, touching your curls excessively, to allow your curls to last longer. Skipping conditioner will instead cause hair to appear dull and frizzy.

Yes, you may wash your hair more than once a day, especially when the hair and scalp is more oily due to humid weather or exercise. In Singapore, it is common to wash your hair more than once a day as we live in very hot and humid conditions, causing sebum and oil buildup on our scalp that might contribute to bacteria growth if left unwashed, leading to other scalp problems.

Should you decide to take up any of our treatment package, you will first have a complimentary consultation with our Principal Trichologist to better understand your hair needs, manage expectations and to develop a personalised treatment plan catered specifically to your needs.
Each treatment session usually takes 90 minutes to complete, and generally consists these steps:

- Hair-steaming session
- Near-infrared-red light therapy
- Double-wash shampoo
- Towel & blow dry

Yes we do. Male Pattern hair loss is common for men and occurs as early as your twenties but more commonly in thirties to forties age range. The effects of Male Pattern hair loss is usually harder to reverse as times goes by, so it is crucial to take action early. Yes. Some children do experience scalp complications. Although not common, we treat scalp eczema and some other scalp problems for young children.

You can expect your order to be packed and shipped out within 2 working days. You should also receive an email from our delivery partner with a tracking number for your parcel. If you do not, please email us at [email protected].
We hope you enjoy what you have ordered. Due to the nature of the products and the fact that it is difficult to be certain, even on inspection, if an item has been opened or if the packaging has been compromised in any way, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] with your order number and information on the ordered item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Please do not discard defective or damaged items as we will need to collect it. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error.
While our products are formulated to minimise the addition of allergens, we advise you to look through the ingredients list carefully before making a purchase. We strongly advise you to test the product on a small area of your scalp before using it. Should you develop any adverse/allergic reaction e.g., irritation or rash, stop using the product. If your symptoms do not resolve by themselves, seek medical treatment from your general practitioner.
You will receive your refund through your original mode of payment within 14 working days after your refund has been processed. Please note that the processing time may vary for different issuing banks and it may take slightly longer than 14 working days. You will receive a notification email when your refund has been processed.
Please contact us as soon as possible via any of these channels. We will work with our delivery partner to attempt to retrieve the parcel if it has already been shipped out. However, if the item has already been delivered, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to refund the order.
